About Suzie

Suzie Dudas is the founder of Jupiter Creamery and Nourishing Food for Thought, where she also serves as the Farm & Homestead Educator for the Seed and Fields programs. Suzie’s journey into farming began with a simple desire to nourish her two children with the most wholesome, real food possible. That intention sparked the purchase of a cow, the growth of a homestead, and eventually, the creation of a thriving nonprofit rooted in farm-based education, nutritional culinary traditions, and community care.

A passionate advocate for regenerative agriculture, traditional foods, and screen-free connection, Suzie invites others to slow down, gather together, and return to the rhythms of the land and kitchen.

After the untimely loss of her two children, Zale and Saxon, Suzie’s work took on a deeper meaning. Their spirit remains the heartbeat of all she does. The farm now stands as a living legacy—where their wild, free, kind, joyful, adventurous, and curious energy is woven into every corner of the land. Through this work, Suzie continues to share the same care, playful wonder, and light with the broader community, carrying forward the values of connection, holistic wellbeing, and wholehearted education for all who gather there.
