Who We Are

Farmer Suzie Dudas
founder of Jupiter Creamery and Nourishing Food for Thought, where she also serves as the Farm & Homestead Educator for the S.E.E.D. and F.I.E.L.D.S. programs. Suzie’s journey into farming began with a simple desire to nourish her two children with the most wholesome, real food possible. That intention sparked the purchase of a cow, the growth of a homestead, and eventually, the creation of a thriving nonprofit rooted in farm-based education, nutritional culinary traditions, and community care.
A passionate advocate for regenerative agriculture, traditional foods, and screen-free connection, Suzie invites others to slow down, gather together, and return to the rhythms of the land and kitchen.
After the untimely loss of her two children, Zale and Saxon, Suzie’s work took on a deeper meaning. Their spirit remains the heartbeat of all she does. The farm now stands as a living legacy—where their wild, free, kind, joyful, adventurous, and curious energy is woven into every corner of the land. Through this work, Suzie continues to share the same care, playful wonder, and light with the broader community, carrying forward the values of connection, holistic wellbeing, and wholehearted education for all who gather there.
Berit Winkles
Berit Winkles is a South Florida native, mom of three, and longtime lover of all things outdoors. With a BS in Human Environmental Sciences and a MS in Counseling Psychology, she’s passionate about helping others learn and grow through nature, movement, and hands-on experiences.
Before joining the team at Nourishing Food For Thought, Berit worked with youth in nonprofit settings, where she especially loved time spent outdoors and in the kitchen. She’s a former flight attendant, skateboarder and musician who still brings a playful, adventurous spirit to everything she does.
Berit began as a volunteer on the farm and quickly found a home in its mission and community. As a teacher, volunteer coordinator and farm hand, she loves to accompany others on their journey toward learning, growing and discovering the magic of the farm!

Danielle Beccari
Danielle was looking for an educational program for her youngest daughter and also a place to volunteer. Quickly, not only did her daughter fall in love with the program, Danielle started learning more and more and started getting hands on with the farm. She started volunteering, gaining new experiences and found a community that inspires her to further her education in becoming a Herbalist.
Danielle became serious about growing her own food 16 years ago when she became a mom. Watching and learning from the garden has been a passion. The root of her joy comes from seeing friends and family eat fresh food. Danielle has taught at a Montessori school as a Garden teacher and now for Nourishing Food For Thought all while continuing to find joy and learning lessons with other children. All in hopes to inspire the next generation through plants
