About Amber Pelish
Amber Pelish is a South Florida beekeeper and founder of Ambee Assembly, tending over 50 colonies while sharing the wonder and magic of honeybees. She has collaborated on varroa mite research with the University of Colorado in Boulder, attended the University of Florida’s Bee College, is a member of the Florida State Beekeepers Association (FSBA), Palm Beach Beekeepers Association, and Broward Beekeepers Association, and is working towards her Master Beekeeper certification through the University of Florida. Opening a hive with Amber is a meditative, sensory experience—the golden glow of honeycomb, the resinous scent of propolis, the hum of thousands of wings, and the delicate sweetness of warm beeswax carried on the air. Through Ambee Assembly, she creates pure, chemical-free honey and beeswax products that reflect the integrity of the hive and the artistry of nature itself.
