Let’s dig into the world beneath our feet—because healthy soil means thriving plants!

This workshop is all about understanding what makes soil alive and how to create the perfect environment for your plants to grow strong and vibrant.

In this class, we’ll explore:• Soil microbes and soil ecology• Compost and its role in soil health• The difference between living soil vs. fertilizers and bagged soil• How plants actually eat and drink• Tips for keeping your soil ecosystem thriving

Included with your ticket:🌿 A half-gallon of fresh worm tea to take home (full gallon available in some ticket tiers)

Note: Worm tea not included in modified or lecture-only versions of the class, but will be available for purchase.

BIO

Melissa Corichi founded her company, Let it Rot in 2015, while attending the Harriet Wilkes Honors College. Melissa is a certified Safe Compost Operator and trained under one of the leading experts in vermiculture, Rhonda Sherman.  In 2018 Melissa received her Permaculture Designer Certification. Featured in the Palm Beach Post, Biocycle, on WPTV and The Weather Channel, Melissa, or The Worm Queen, is considered an expert in her field of vermiculture and food waste reduction in application to sustainable farming and gardening.
