Experience the essence of farm-to-table dining at our beautiful regenerative farm with a special 4-course dinner, crafted by the talented Chef Guillaume Leverrier. With over 20 years of expertise at Bistro Chez Jean-Pierre in Palm Beach, Chef Leverrier brings a wealth of knowledge in French cuisine, transforming the finest local ingredients into unforgettable dishes. Sommelier David Leverrier also of Bistro Jean-Peirre will attend and extend his exquisite knowledge of wines.
This immersive evening begins with a stroll through our farm, where you'll connect directly with the land and meet the local producers who provide our fresh, seasonal ingredients. You’ll enjoy a menu that showcases the best of what our farm and local partners, including Jupiter Creamery, have to offer. As the sun sets, gather around a beautifully set table and savor each thoughtfully paired course, celebrating sustainability, community, and the art of fresh, farm-driven dining. • Mentored by legendary winemaker André Tchelistcheff at Beaulieu Vineyards
