About the event

SEED (Stewardship, Education, Exploration, & Development)

Our program spans 12 weeks, starting after Labor Day in September and concluding in beginning of December. Ages for Seed Homeschool: 3-6 years old *This is not a drop-off program. Parents/guardians are required to stay for the duration of program hours. *Parents can bring their children under 2 along as long as they are being watched.


Classes are planned with a great emphasis on hands-on activities with little to no homework each week for the students. This is not a drop-off program; parents are encouraged to stay with the class to include younger siblings or to use our facilities to relax, work or engage with other parents.


We will be learning about chickens, cows, sheep, pig, duck, rabbit, birds of prey, butterflies, worms, frogs and goats. Hands-on experience on how to care for them. Subjects covered in the garden would be soil, seeds, watering,…
