This hands-on clinic is a great opportunity for anyone interested in raising sheep or goats or simply learning more about their care. Led by livestock expert Amber Luning, the session covers essential topics, including herd nutrition, handling, grooming, basic health care, and reproduction. You’ll also get a live demonstration on shearing sheep, providing practical insights and techniques to help you manage a healthy, thriving herd.
About Amber Luning: Amber was born and raised in Palm City Farms, Florida, with a lifetime of experience in livestock, from beef and dairy cattle to meat and dairy goats and sheep. Growing up in 4-H and FFA, Amber has shown livestock across Florida and now runs her business, Amber’s Animal Care, LLC, specializing in livestock services. She is a Certified Veterinary Assistant, AI Tech, and certified in CPR and First Aid.
