Cheese Making on the Farm

Watch raw milk be turned into mozzarella right before your eyes. No microwave recipe! This is a quick (under 2 hours) cheese making demonstration. There is a lot of waiting and relaxing, chatting time between steps. This is a great demonstration to attend with a group of friends while you enjoy your own BYO snacks/drinks under the lights on a beautiful farm overlooking a pond.
