Ready to restart & move to a new location

Jupiter Creamery is in search of a new location to restart the Nourishing Food For Thought non-profit educational farm.  Our mission is the same,  we would like to put our farming educational practices to the test on new land.  These farming practices aim to improve land through our rotation grazing practices and multi species animal synergy. We would like to bring back tours, workshops, volunteers & expand our nutritional food education programs for all ages.
We are looking for individuals to assist in our search. The goal is to find/identify potential locations, which entails reaching out to private landowners, or to public land or state preserve land administrators.
Requirements for the ideal location are:
·         Land needs to be a minimum of ten acres.
·         Accessible and close to the public.
·         We are looking for cleared or mostly cleared, high, dry land.
·         Power, water, or buildings are not necessary.
·         Lease period of at least one year.

We need YOUR help! Do you know of any available space, or anyone with land that fits our requirements? We would like to start this venture immediately. Send an email to Suzie at info@NourishingFoodForThought.org to introduce us to the land owner you know or to join our effort.
We prefer to stay near Jupiter, but we are open to alternatives so long as they meet our requirements, especially proximity and ease of access to the public.  As we restart we prefer an arrangement in exchange for helping to get the land owner an agricultural exemption decrease in taxes but we are open to negotiation.
This land owner will also be helping keep much needed micro-dairy, animal husbandry, agricultural and real farm to table education available to all income levels in Palm Beach County.
